Dear Madam, dear Sir,

 we are glad to announce InWEnt`s International Leadership Program Managing Development in the environment, energy and water sectors for young professionals and junior executives of the MERCOSUR region, which starts in August of 2009 in Germany. The 12 months program focuses on skills in management of training institutions and includes the following aspects:

 ·       organizational change processes

·       human resource development

·       organizational structure, processes and performance

·       advancement of curricula

 The program, to be held in German, is specifically designed to improve capacity and management skills of the participants in terms of social responsibility. We are looking for participants who seek to actively implement their newly gained knowledge and contribute to a sustainable energy supply. For further details please open the attached program.

 Applicants shall be employed in institutions interested in impact concepts and strategies of the sector of energy policy. The institution (and the applicants) shall be recognized by energy agencies and the energy ministry as consultants and training institutions. Please be aware that the program language will be German, therefore we will ask participants to attend an intensive German language course after the pre-selection in the Kick-off workshop.
